Limee Return Policy

At Limee, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can easily return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@limee.co with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship your item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@limee.co. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
